~ We are seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee the K12 food service operations for Fond du Lac School District has 15 schools with a combined enrollment of approximately 6,700 students. North Fond du Lac has 5 schools with a combined enrollment of 1,539 students. Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a K12 dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree highly preferred
• Multi Unit experience highly preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is helpful
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
