CATERING ASSISTANT

Rambling River Mercantile is looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team in Haw River, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Clean and stock tables with all necessary items.
• Work with other team members to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking inventory, cleaning, resetting tables, resetting dining room service menus, taking payments, and opening and closing the restaurant.
• Keep the dining room neat and clean at all times.
• Help set up buffet style events.
• Maintain proper health standards in the kitchen by following sanitation and safety procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
