Job Overview:
We are a 100% employee owned Dining Services Company, seeking an experienced Contract administration Manager position with some operational experience preferred. This positions primary responsibility will be contract adherence across 6 cafe sites within the Idaho National Lab site. Will also be our clients primary contact for our catering operation and client feedback to ensure contract compliance and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks to remain contract compliant as well as managing various operational aspects, including catering operations, client relationships, and operational support where needed during peak periods.
Duties:
- Manage contract compliance processes
- Oversee compliance management to ensure adherence to regulations
- Maintain and develop positive client relationships
-Develop efficient teamwork to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain records and documentation for operational activities
- Analyze sales data to determine labor needs and menu development
Experience:
- Proven experience in systems management and contract implementation
- Proven Communication and Relationship skillsets
- Proficiency in compliance management to meet regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of change management principles to drive organizational improvements
