Job Summary:
GFA Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. The Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
- Collaborate with clients to create customized menus and event plans
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer concerns or complaints

Skills:
- Strong background in hospitality and catering industry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel industry is preferred
