Qualifications:
- Previous experience in kitchen management or assistant manager role is required
- Proven track record in the catering industry, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques and presentation
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with banquet and restaurant management procedures
- Ability to effectively manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Proficient in shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak times
- Experience conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates for catering positions
- Culinary background or certification is preferred but not required
