    Position Overview: As a Catering Sales Manager at The Madison Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business by managing the sales process for all types of events with a strong emphasis on weddings. The successful candidate will build and maintain client relationships, collaborate with event planning teams, and ensure the seamless execution of catering services. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, event industry knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales and Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and expand relationships with clients, including engaged couples, corporate event planners, and business professionals.

    Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.

    Present catering packages, provide customized proposals, and negotiate contracts.

    2. Business Development:

    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wedding and corporate event sectors.

    Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.

    3. Event Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with the event planning and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of catering services.

    Attend planning meetings, contribute ideas, and address client requests to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

    4. Proposal and Contract Management:

    • Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, contracts, and event orders.

    Qualifications:
