Office Assistant

We are a well established family owned company looking to add to our office staff. We are looking for someone who has a desire to learn new things in a fast-paced office environment. Our ideal candidate will excel in communication skills, be proactive in a variety of tasks and have ambition to reach both company and self-set goals. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Performing general clerical tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails, filing and organizing documents, assisting in both inside sales and purchasing, order entry and all general customer service

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This job is in person only. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 with an hour lunch break that can be on or offsite. Must be able to commute to Medford, WI.
