Job Summary
A Behavior Technician (BT) therapist practicing ABA under the direct supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. RBTs provide direct 1:1 ABA services to clients ages 0-17 within the home and/or community settings. RBTs are responsible for implementing programs designed by a BCBA and acquire data through these programs to ensure client progress. RBTs are certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Training and supervision is provided to maintain RBT credentials.

-Implementing skill acquisition programs designed by the BCBA and collecting data
-Traveling to homes
-Maintaining a professional and ethical atmosphere and engage in professional boundaries

-Professional interaction with family members
-Punctual to scheduled sessions
-Responsive to feedback and takes action when guided
-Maintain confidentiality with all client information
Qualifications and Skills
-Behavior Technician (BT) certification required
-Pass Federal, State, and County background check
-CPR/BLS Certification
-Must have negative result for TB test within prior year
-Completion of a minimum of twelve semester hours of postsecondary coursework OR Currently enrolled in a course of study leading to either an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field OR Completion of a minimum of 48 semester hours of postsecondary coursework
-Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum preferred
-Experience using software, Microsoft office and Google Drive
-Reliable means of transportation and up to date auto insurance
Availability/Location
-Monday through Friday after 3pm
-Travel amongst Marina and near cities
