Additionally, Central Office Equipment Technician may be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Central Office Equipment Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. West Central Equipment is the John Deere Agriculture and Turf Equipment Dealership in Central and Western Pennsylvania. We sell, service and supply parts for John Deere tractors, skid steers, balers, combines, planters, lawn & garden tractors/mowers, zero-turn mowers, Gator utility vehicles, implements and related equipment. We are seeking a Set-Up Technician who can assemble and service all types of equipment offered for sale at the John Deere dealership. The Set-Up Technician will prepare equipment for delivery to the customer or for demonstration purposes.
Weekend work is rotated among Technicians, Saturdays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. No Sunday hours.
