Job Description
We are a fast paced Specialty Pharmacy looking for an EXPERIENCED,
WELL ROUNDED pharmacy technician that is a team player, problem
solver, organized, capable of finishing tasks from beginning to end
and have basic knowledge of medications.

-You MUST BE proficient in Prime Rx and be able to use it with out any
additional training.*

-You MUST have an understanding of how each department of the pharmacy
operates, from the time a new prescription comes in to when its
received by the patient, along with the ability to identify and jump
in and help out wherever help is needed.

-We treat our patients like family and the pharmacy like our own home.
You will be expected to do the same. Whether it is over the phone or
in person you must be well spoken and courteous with the ability to
assist a patient regarding a variety of issues including what
prescribed medications are used for.
Your Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:

-Operating Micro Merchant Prime Rx- inputting patient data, typing up
prescriptions and assisting with a variety of scenarios

-Filling Medications- identifying, counting and labeling medications

-Answering/Making Phone Calls to Patients and Providers in a
respectful and courteous manner.

-Keeping a Tidy Work Space and Steady Work Flow- you will have an
assigned work space that your responsible for.

-Speaking both English and Spanish is a must.
