JOB SUMMARY
The Scheduling Specialist will assist assigned facilities with staff scheduling and central supply.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Responsible for helping create and maintain staff schedules and shifts worked
-Proactively manage scheduling requirements for full-time, part-time, and PRN employees
-Utilize the scheduling system and/or manual records of staffing assignments and changes
-Communicate with facility and staff to fill open shifts and call-ins
-Review and assist with daily clinical staffing to help ensure targeted staffing levels
-Help create staffing patterns and templates to increase efficiency and staff satisfaction
-Work collaboratively with clinical unit and operations leadership to facilitate staffing changes/adjustments
-Assist with attendance and absence tracking
-Assist with data collection for reporting
