Central Supply Manager jobs in Passaic, NJ
Central Supply Manager manages employees responsible for preparing, storing, and distributing equipment as needed for patient care. Oversees proper sterilization of medical supplies and assembly of equipment. Being a Central Supply Manager is responsible for inventory records of Central Supply Room. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Central Supply Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Central Supply Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. NOW HIRING: Central Supply Assistant
- Shift: 2-3 days per week
Responsibilities of a Central Supply Assistant:
- Manage and maintain supplies and equipment in healthcare facilities.
- Ensure the availability of supplies for patient care.
- Assist with inventory control.
Qualifications of a Central Supply Assistant:
- Central Supply experience preferred
- Serious applicants
- Previous LTC/SNF experience
- Compassionate working with the geriatric population
