What you will do:
Responsible for creating monthly and daily schedules for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Licensed Nurses (LN) based on budgeted PPD. Manages daily schedules to ensure that needs are met and labor is at a minimum of budgeted threshold. Identifies staffing needs and reports accurate number of open CNA and LN positions to the Director of Nursing (DON).
Orders and stocks all medical supplies required for patient care. Maintains a consistent stock of supplies by managing par levels. Keeps current and consistent spend down records per policy of all supply costs while keeping within budget by labeling and tracking all supplies.
