Central Supply Supervisor jobs in El Paso, TX

Responsible for maintaining electronic records for facility, including scanning, uploading, and organizing patient records. Secondarily, assists with evaluating organizational supply needs, placing orders and stocking supplies. Also maintains an efficient, clean and organized work area, and an accurate system identifying charges for proper coding and payment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains and uploads medical records into the electronic system in a timely and efficient manner
• Responds promptly to requests for information from internal and external sources
• Creates clear, accurate supply orders as needed.
• Maintains supplies and work area in a safe, clean and organized manner.
• Identify type and amount of supplies to be stocked.
• Receives, reviews and prepares requisitions for approval.
• Maintains accurate, organized records of supplies received.
• Receives incoming orders and verifies with original purchase orders.
• Distributes supplies accordingly.
• Prepares and sends invoices for payment.
• Maintains records related to the resident charge system in an accurate, neat and organized manner.
• Provides accounting with verified and accurate charges for supplies used by individual residents.
• Provides accurate reports of the type and amount of supplies ordered and received
• Other duties as assigned by administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical records: 3 years (Preferred)
• central supply: 2 years (Preferred)
