We are currently looking for a Lead for Seasonal and Garden

• Be the first to see the newest merchandise for the season - especially fun with Patio in Spring and Holiday in the Fall
• The front area of the store is your workspace so you get to capture the customers as they enter the store
• A successful Team Leader will demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
• A Team Leader must develop expertise in company culture, merchandising, shrink control and operational aspects of the store 
• A successful Team Leader must become knowledgeable of the local market, customer base, seasonality opportunities, competitors and other specifics of the local market that may influence the business. 
• A Team Leader is responsible for instilling company values in all associates and ensuring the entire location operates according to company guidelines.
