Central Supply Supervisor jobs in York, PA

Come join our team! We are a large Skilled Nursing Facility located in York, PA. We are looking for someone to oversee our central supply and distribution of items throughout the facility. This is a temporary position- Schedule is M-F 5a-1:30p.

Job Description:

• Oversee the ordering for the facility and distribution of the supplies
• Order management including: entry, modification, and allocation
• Provide updates on inventory status, creatively manage allocation and priorities
• Document and communicate all customer compliance requirements for all orders for the distribution group to follow
• Manage and monitor inbound and outbound deadlines for on time deliveries completion and work to resolve situations when they do come up
• Heavy data entry
• invoice all customer shipments
• Assist in resolving chargebacks
• Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school degree
