• Evaluate patients and develop personalized occupational therapy plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions for hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

🌟 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and Florida State License.
• 1-2 years of Hand Therapist experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
