    Accountabilities

    • Performs appropriate initial occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations and designs an occupational therapy plan of care

      -\u00A0 Demonstrates advanced knowledge of diagnosis / conditions seen in occupational therapy

      -\u00A0 Selects, performs and interprets the results of OT examinations of neurological,

      \u00A0\u00A0 musculoskeletal and developmental systems

      -\u00A0 Accurately performs and interprets standardized evaluations as determined by

      \u00A0\u00A0 appropriateness of client

      -\u00A0 Identifies actual or potential problems that would impact the OT treatment regimen as well

      \u00A0\u00A0 as the overall plan of care (such as cognitive deficits, family situations, etc.)

      -\u00A0 Establishes specific functional and measurable treatment goals based on results of the

      \u00A0\u00A0 initial assessment and feedback from patient and family

      -\u00A0 Assists with additional coverage when caseload permits and when multiple caseloads
