F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience.

The ideal candidate has Group Fitness experience (HIIT experience preferred) to go with their fitness qualifications and passion for health and fitness.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class. This means "GET READY TO WORK OUT" with the members!

- Collaborate with F45 Head Trainer on daily, weekly and monthly goals.

- Perform member consultations and sign up new members.

- Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged.

- Able to perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed.

- Create a clean, organized, fun atmosphere. MUST BE HIGH ENERGY in order to deliver the expectations from the HIIT class!

- Familiarity with the Mindbody application would be a PLUS!

- Applicants hold current certifications (preferably NASM, ACE, or AFA accredited certifications).

- Applicants must be CPR/AED certified.

- 1 year minimum of group training experience or one-on-on training.

- CURRENT NEED: MONDAY EVENINGS, FRIDAY EVENINGS, SATURDAY MORNINGS AND SUNDAY MORNINGS (one Saturday's, one Sunday and one Sunday a month). If any of these openings apply to your availability, then let's talk!
