Certified EHR Trainer conducts technical training programs for end users of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Determines training objectives and creates lesson plans and other materials needed for training. Being a Certified EHR Trainer configures the training environment to ensure end-users can practice using EHR software both inside and outside of the classroom. Designs and delivers new hire training and ongoing user training during system changes and upgrades. Additionally, Certified EHR Trainer may be responsible for implementing a credentialed trainer program that ensures EHR instructors have the required level of system knowledge to effectively deliver training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires Epic/Cerner or similar certification. The Certified EHR Trainer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Summary of PositionThe Athletic Department at Keene State College is seeking applications for Athletic Trainer’s to provide athletics healthcare services for all varsity level student-athletes, in close cooperation with Head Athletic Trainer, Athletic Training Staff, Team Physicians and Health Services. These are 83%-time benefited positions, full-time during the appointment dates from late-July to late-May each year.
Working under the direction of the Head Athletic Trainer the successful candidates will join a highly skilled team of professionals to assist in the overall service component to Athletics that includes: prevention, clinical evaluation and diagnosis, immediate care, treatment, rehabilitation & reconditioning, organization & administration, and professional responsibility.

Salary InformationSalary is commensurate with experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off. This position is part of the Keene State College Staff Association (KSCSA).
