Certified EHR Trainer conducts technical training programs for end users of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Determines training objectives and creates lesson plans and other materials needed for training. Being a Certified EHR Trainer configures the training environment to ensure end-users can practice using EHR software both inside and outside of the classroom. Designs and delivers new hire training and ongoing user training during system changes and upgrades. Additionally, Certified EHR Trainer may be responsible for implementing a credentialed trainer program that ensures EHR instructors have the required level of system knowledge to effectively deliver training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires Epic/Cerner or similar certification. The Certified EHR Trainer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. GP Strategies has an immediate need for an Aerospace Composites Instructor to support a large aerospace client in Mesa, AZ. We are seeking candidates who can conduct training covering a broad range of Structures and Composite subject matter including, but not limited to, Aircraft structure hole drilling, countersinking, fastener installation/removal, sealing, torque, and bond and ground, and associated tooling. Composite manufacturing and repair, vacuum bagging, wet layup, various bonding procedures, resins, cleaning process, inspection, material handling, and associated safety procedures. For this role, candidates need to be willing to support different shifts and travel up to 10% to remote US sites.
