Certified EHR Trainer conducts technical training programs for end users of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Determines training objectives and creates lesson plans and other materials needed for training. Being a Certified EHR Trainer configures the training environment to ensure end-users can practice using EHR software both inside and outside of the classroom. Designs and delivers new hire training and ongoing user training during system changes and upgrades. Additionally, Certified EHR Trainer may be responsible for implementing a credentialed trainer program that ensures EHR instructors have the required level of system knowledge to effectively deliver training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires Epic/Cerner or similar certification. Trainer's Club in Lake Oswego has 1 part-time shift available for a FEMALE Front Desk and Customer Service Representative. Dependability and friendliness are key attributes to the successful candidate along with taking initiative and a desire to keep things clean and organized. This position is long-term and not just a summer job.
This position does require a FEMALE due to the frequent cleaning and tidying in the women's locker room while members are present.
