Certified EHR Trainer conducts technical training programs for end users of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Determines training objectives and creates lesson plans and other materials needed for training. Being a Certified EHR Trainer configures the training environment to ensure end-users can practice using EHR software both inside and outside of the classroom. Designs and delivers new hire training and ongoing user training during system changes and upgrades. Additionally, Certified EHR Trainer may be responsible for implementing a credentialed trainer program that ensures EHR instructors have the required level of system knowledge to effectively deliver training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires Epic/Cerner or similar certification. The Certified EHR Trainer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Responsibilities

    As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver you may be tasked with helping patients with personal hygiene, safety assistance, meal prep, range of motion and other responsibilities. To excel in this role you should have interest in health-care, keeping the patients’ needs as your top priority and working independently in a home setting with minimal supervision according to Nuclear Care Partners policy and Department of Labor requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a high school diploma or GED
    • Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA registered with the state of (STATE)
    • CPR certification is required
    • Patient care experience in Home Health, preferred but not required
    • Must have the ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions and to maintain nursing records and charts
    • Ability to interact professionally with patients and families
    • Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must adapt to changing workload and/or interruptions
    • Must have a valid driver license and be in good standing
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
