Your Role With Us:

You will provide athletic training services to community college athletes which encompasses the prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of emergent, acute or chronic injuries and medical conditions. Manage daily activities in the training room during established hours including scheduling, documentation, and inventory management. Coordinate care for athletes with coaches and other healthcare providers and provide athletic training coverage home games.

Background/Expertise:

• Bachelor Degree required.
  
• One (1) year of experience preferred working in a school/college environment as an athletic trainer.
  
• Current Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) by the state of Oregon.
  
• Certification by the Board of Certification (BOC) by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
  
• America Heart Association – Basic Life Support (AHA- BLS) within 2 weeks of hire.
