Certified EHR Trainer conducts technical training programs for end users of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Determines training objectives and creates lesson plans and other materials needed for training. Being a Certified EHR Trainer configures the training environment to ensure end-users can practice using EHR software both inside and outside of the classroom. Designs and delivers new hire training and ongoing user training during system changes and upgrades. Additionally, Certified EHR Trainer may be responsible for implementing a credentialed trainer program that ensures EHR instructors have the required level of system knowledge to effectively deliver training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires Epic/Cerner or similar certification. NWIA Bone, Joint & Sports Surgeons / Sports Medicine Northwest is seeking a full time certified athletic trainer to provide outreach athletic training services to high schools located in Northwest Iowa. Duties include weekly visits to each school to provide injury evaluation and treatment, documentation of patient encounters, athletic event coverage, Saturday morning injury evaluation clinic coverage, and occasional coverage of camps/events. Excellent work/life balance with flexible schedule makes this position unique in that there are no additional medical clinic requirements. Starting salary is $50,000 with a sign on bonus of $5000.
