Certified EHR Trainer conducts technical training programs for end users of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Determines training objectives and creates lesson plans and other materials needed for training. Being a Certified EHR Trainer configures the training environment to ensure end-users can practice using EHR software both inside and outside of the classroom. Designs and delivers new hire training and ongoing user training during system changes and upgrades. Additionally, Certified EHR Trainer may be responsible for implementing a credentialed trainer program that ensures EHR instructors have the required level of system knowledge to effectively deliver training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires Epic/Cerner or similar certification. The Certified EHR Trainer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Position Summary
Atlas IPS is currently looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer or Exercise Physiologist to join our onsite team in the Oneonta, NY area to provide injury prevention services. The position will be responsible for triage and first aid of musculoskeletal concerns, education, job demands analysis, and ergonomic analysis and solutions.
Qualifications:
* Must be located near and willing to travel to Oneonta, NY
* Must be certified in the State of New York (ATC only)
* Experience with musculoskeletal injury triage/early intervention is preferred.
* Experience in ergonomic analysis and solution development is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
* Conducting assessments of employee musculoskeletal concerns. If appropriate, develop an action plan, addressing symptoms under OHSA allowable first aid, and provide worksite coaching.
* Perform industrial risk assessments and basic solution development.
* Provide job coaching and education in proper body mechanics, stretching and general wellness.
