Royal Health Group is looking for a motivated, passionate Medication Technician to join our team in Middletown!

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide routine daily medications, either prescription or non-prescription, to residents in accordance with Rhode Island law.

• Responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation entries for medications given.

• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly

• Assist residents with transporting to/from appointments, activity and social programs etc. as necessary.

• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.

• Follow established safety precautions in the performance of all duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently certified as a Medication Technician in the State of Rhode Island

• Previous experience working with the elderly in a skilled nursing environment is preferred.
