Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the installation project through from start to completion including punch list items. The projects will vary from new construction, additions, and renovations in all segments of the residential and commercial industry.

Duties:

• Responsible for all scheduling, planning, execution, and customer satisfaction for all projects
• Work with warehouse manager to stage installation materials day prior
• Print off work orders at warehouse as needed
• Organize work orders/pick tickets for each crew daily
• Make confirmation calls to customer as needed. If installation crews are late contact customer with updated time frame.
• Schedule and manage installation crews. Adjust & distribute schedules as project needs change.
• Daily check in by phone or job site visit with installers on every job at some point during day.
• Interact directly with the customer
• If any issues are reported, work directly with customer and installer to work through. Follow up with sales team on any issues/concerns came up during installation
• Contact/Coordinate with scheduler if any timing changes on jobs
• Monitor jobs daily and check on previous days jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure that thorough and complete inspections are performed
• Provide end of day verbal report to management on project progress
• Order maintenance supplies
• Minor equipment maintenance
• Making effective decisions for how to progress with the project when faced with challenges.
• Serve as primary point of contact to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout to maintain expected standards
• Perform other duties as assigned.
