Certified Nurse Anesthetist prepares prescribed solutions and administers anesthetic following specified methods and procedures. Informs physician of patient's condition during anesthesia. Being a Certified Nurse Anesthetist performs pre- and post-anesthesia patient visits and documents anesthesia notes on patient records. Requires a master's degree. Additionally, Certified Nurse Anesthetist requires Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a manager. Certified Nurse Anesthetist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. Apply to join the highest quality anesthesia practice in Pueblo that aims to prioritize your lifestyle.Our practice currently has an exclusive contract with St. Mary-Corwin Hospital. We offer a variety of cases Ortho, General, GI, Urology, limited spine surgeries, out of department anesthesia. No OB, hearts, heads, vascular cases. CRNAs work in a care team model with high level of autonomy. CRNAs can do regional blocks, place spinals, A-lines etc.

Qualifications
- All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.
- CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
