Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
Document prenatal, labor, and postpartum care provided.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including obstetricians, nurses, and support staff.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on midwifery.
Current certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM).
Valid midwifery certification.
Previous work experience as a midwife.
Strong knowledge of current midwifery practices and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide emotional support and build rapport with patients.
