We are looking for a motivated person to join our office team. Duties of the Administrative assistant/Receptionist include answering incoming phone calls, collections, taking payments, helping walk in customers, and helping with any other office duties as needed. The ideal candidate should have computer knowledge and customer service skills. If you have previous experience in a office setting, working closely as a team, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful administrative assistant/receptionist will be dependable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Collections
• Incoming and outgoing phone calls and routing to the appropriate person.
• Assisting with office projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Attendance and punctuality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
