Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA - Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility

A Physical Therapist Assistant is needed for a full-time, contract position in Siver City, NM! This contract offers 35 guaranteed hours weekly for a 13-week duration with a possible extension. The ideal candidate will have recent long-term care/skilled nursing experience, be proficient in evaluations, have excellent communication skills, excel in a fast-paced environment, and work well within a multi-disciplinary team. In addition to weekly pay and a standard benefits package, our therapists are preferred in a number of facilities in the area.

Hourly compensation: $37

Shift: 8A-4:30P

35 hours guaranteed weekly!

1. Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list and methods to achieve identified goals
2. Coordinate treatment plan with patient, family, and other team members
3. Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the patient
4. Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Successful completion of Certification Examination
2. 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
3. Valid PTA license in New Mexico
4. Must be eligible to work in the United States
