We are looking for an experienced Admin and Accounting Assistant to join our Administrative team. You will be responsible for helping to ensure the efficiency of business operations as well as providing administrative and accounting function support. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in office, HR, onboarding as well as being able to work on your own while supporting the team.

Responsibilities

• Account Payable Support
• Assist with Data Entry for Payroll
• Assist with End of the Month Provider Reports
• Monthly Invoicing and Payment Posting, Mailing Statements
• Assist in setting up new providers/employees
• Provide provider support as needed for IT set-up and software
• Build relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
• Submit documents to Billing Office
• Submit documents to Credentialing Office
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc. as needed
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
• Coordinate Quarterly Provider Meetings to include recording of minutes
• Maintain Confidential Records and Files
• Research and assist with preparation of policies and procedures

Skills

• Proven experience in a relevant role
• QuickBooks Experience a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.79 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
