Certified Nursing Assistant - Long-Term Care performs various direct patient care activities in a long-term care environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists patients in dressing, undressing, bathing, eating, walking, and other activities. Being a Certified Nursing Assistant - Long-Term Care provides support and companionship to patients. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Additionally, Certified Nursing Assistant - Long-Term Care helps patients take medications. Aids physicians and nursing staff members with procedures if needed. Maintains documents and records related to patient care. Follows all relevant safety guidelines and regulations. Requires a high school diploma. Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Requires State License. Typically reports to a registered nurse or manager. Certified Nursing Assistant - Long-Term Care's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. Long Term Care Position Details:- Idaho or Compact License Required
- Start Dates: ASAP December Start Dates
- Hours: 36hrs/week
- Shift: Nights – 12 hour shifts
- EMR System: EPIC
- Patient Ratio: 25-35 Residents with a 1:13/15 Ratio with CNA’s
Long Term Care Requirements:- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Idaho or Compact License Required
- Certs: (AHA) BLS
- Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check & Drug Screen)
- Ability to meet physical demands (stand: walk; sit; climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl), and lift up to 50lbs
- Covid Vaccine: Preferred but not Required. Will take Religious Exemption
Long Term Care Pay:
Weekly Direct Deposit & Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
Travel Pay:- $28.50 Hourly.
- $85.46/hr OT.
- $1,025 Untaxed Per Diem
- $2,051 Total Based on Working 36 Hours
Up to $250 in Travel Pay at .655/mile traveled to facilityLocal Pay:- Local Pay Options available
