Introduction:

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant's to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

- Full-time and part-time positions available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Every other weekend and rotating holidays. 

- This position is eligible for up to $2,000.00 retention bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification and state CNA License 
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.
• Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed.
