Documents patient interactions as needed. Additionally, Certified Nursing Assistant - Occupational Health requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a registered nurse or manager. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Occupation Therapist in the preparation of patients for treatment, provide treatment to patients as directed by the OT, and assist to maintain occupational therapy equipment and department in a clean manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have completed an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Must have or obtain an Iowa license by successfully passing the State of Iowa Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant licensing examination. Must have ability to communicate and work with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Good computer skills.
