Fair Oaks Health Care Center, located in Crystal Lake, IL is looking for full-time and part-time Illinois Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. Day shift is from 7am to 3pm, PM shift is 3pm to 11pm and overnights is 11pm to 7am. Currently, we are looking for one person for days, two for pms and one part-time for overnights. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be passionate about caring for our residents.
Job Summary:
Our CNAs are required to assist residents with ADLs, and provide safe required care with dignity. Document results of care within facility policies, procedures and scope of practice. Be able to demonstrate good time management and task prioritization. Work closely with multi-disciplinary staff in providing person-centered-care for all residents.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have current/valid Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

- Department head and/or Scheduler will meet with you to provide you with schedule
- Paid departmental (job specific) training - five day minimum
