Responsibilities Include:

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant duties include providing therapy services to residents including implementing treatment plans at the direction of the occupational therapist.

Qualifications:

• Unencumbered COTA license in the state in which we operate

• LTC/SNF experience preferred
