Summary: The person in this role will be filling in both attendant shifts as well as supervisor shifts at different times. Primary role will be shift supervisor. Job duties include accurately and efficiently correct minor machine malfunctions, process fills and jackpots, and enhance the guests' gaming experience to maximize slot handle. Promote a work environment that is pleasant and desirable. Responsible for all slot operations staff that you supervise. Monitor all aspects of staff performance significantly as it impacts interaction with guests and gaming regulatory compliance.
