The primary objective of the Slot Attendant is to monitor the performance of slot machines, the activity and condition of the casino floor and ensure all slot machines are operable. Responsible for guest relations, recognizing jackpots and conducting payouts. Successful candidates must possess the ability to work cohesively with co-workers and work as a team, the ability to maintain a positive attitude towards guests, co-workers, and other department staff, and the ability to listen to and resolve guest concerns. Reliable transportation and regular, punctual attendance are essential functions of this position. Must be 18 years or older.
