    JOB DESCRIPTION:



    JOB SUMMARY: Attends to guest needs on the gaming floor within the guidelines of the gaming operation’s internal controls and the Machines Department policies.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES PERFORMED: This list of tasks is illustrative ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions in this class.     • Responsible for imprest bank.
    • Has access to sensitive keys for entry into TLS Machines to clear minor errors and perform fills.
    • Makes change for guests.
    • Must be able to troubleshoot TLS Machines as needed to correct errors including but not limited to; reloads, bill validators and printers.
    • Must be able to professionally interact effectively with the guests and fellow associates.
    • Must be able to professionally communicate with other departments to achieve optimum service levels and support company objectives. Must assist in implementation of service standards for the Machines Department.
    • Must become familiar with Internal Controls, State Compact and NIGS guidelines.
    • Evening, graveyard, holiday and/or weekend work may be required.
    • Builds relationships inside and outside of their department / team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
    • Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.
    • Identifies ways to improve workflows and processes to work smarter and increase efficiency.
    • Moves the situation quickly toward resolution by efficiently managing and controlling the circumstances.
    • Explains the “why” behind the resolution or action for the guest.
    • Pays attention to detail and conducts thorough research to make the best decision for the guest and the business.
    • Makes judgment calls based on understanding Legends Casinos’ Purpose, Values and objectives while utilizing research, knowledge, and experience.
    • Proactively shares guest feedback with executive management and peers in the spirit of continuous improvement.
    • Seeks to share and improve processes and workflows based on guest feedback.
    • Finds ways to make good use of their strengths and talents.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:



    SUPERVISION EXCERCISED: None.


    LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class III gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA.


    MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High school diploma or GED required.


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours. Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. or more. Exposure to second hand smoke and high noise levels.


    SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION: Requires good math and cash handling skills. Must possess excellent guest and interpersonal relations skills. Excellent skills in written and oral communication required. Ability to follow direction an implement tasks given. Ten key knowledge useful.
