    Position: Remote Business Development Specialist

    Responsibilities:


    • Identify Opportunities: Scout for potential business opportunities within the commercial construction sector. Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to uncover areas for growth.
    • Build and Nurture Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between REZ Management and key industry players.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic business development plans. Set ambitious yet achievable targets and work towards exceeding them.
    • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the unique needs of each client. Showcase REZ Management's capabilities and value proposition effectively.
    • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our reach and establish REZ Management as a key player in the commercial construction market.
    • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to inform business development strategies and keep REZ Management ahead of the curve.


    Requirements:


    • Bachelors degree in business a plus, Marketing, Existing QSR/Retail relationships a plus
    • Proven experience in business development within the commercial construction industry.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to cold call and meet new people.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
