Balancing content creation, adoption and adaptation of Bosch resources, and continuous improvement, this individual works to develop and implement programs and initiatives for associates at all levels of the organization. As part of a strong HR Business Partner team, this role is responsible for holding the expert role in driving HR projects and initiatives that directly facilitate business goals. He or she comes to the role with a broad skill set in HR, with strong capabilities in project coordination, change management, and continuous improvement.
