  • The Change Management Practitioner is critical in supporting our organization through change initiatives. This position will partner with leaders and project teams to analyze, design, and implement comprehensive change management strategies across the enterprise. The Change Management Consultant will ensure successful adoption of major changes to systems, processes, technology, and organizational structures across business units.

    What you will do here:

    Change Management Strategy: 

    Collaborate with leaders and project teams to assess the impact of change initiatives on the organization.

    Design and implement tailored change management strategies that align with business objectives and foster successful adoption.

    Conduct research and stay current on the latest industry technologies, trends, and communication strategies

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    Identify and analyze key stakeholders, understanding their needs, concerns, and expectations.

    Build relationships, influence, and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leaders

    Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to build support and commitment to change initiatives.

    Partner with project sponsors and leaders to analyze, design, and implement change management strategies for strategic initiatives

    Communication Planning:

    Develop clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process.

    Craft messages that articulate the benefits of change and address potential concerns.

    Training and Development:

    Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials and programs.

    Develop training workshops to support business needs

    Facilitate training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and technologies.

    Change Implementation

    Develops change plans to ensure that communicate, activities, and knowledge are delivered appropriate to increase the change adoption

    Monitor change progress and adoption, gather feedback, and identify corrective actions to keep initiatives on-track

    Manage change activities, ensures quality, timeliness, and completeness all team deliverables

    Resistance Management:

    Conduct change impact assessments and diagnose risks and resistance factors

    Identify potential sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address and overcome resistance.

    Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams dealing with change-related challenges.

    Metrics and Evaluation:

    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives.

    Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of change management processes.

    Documentation:

    Create and maintain documentation related to change management processes, plans, and outcomes.

    Provide reports and updates to leadership on the progress of change initiatives.

    What you will need:

    Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

    4 years of experience of successfully leading organizational change initiatives, applying change models, methodologies, and principles to drive successful adoption of change required.

    Strong understanding of change management theories, methodologies, tools, and best practices required.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills required.

    Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams required.

    Strong project management skills to effectively plan and manage complex, multifaceted change initiatives required.

    Skills in coaching leaders and developing and delivering change-related training and enablement required.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and develop solutions required.

    Capacity to deal with resistance and setbacks with composure and tenacity required.

    Capacity to deal with resistance and setbacks with composure and tenacity required.

    Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and manage dynamic change requirements required.

    Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, CCMP) required.

    Project Management preferred.
