    The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for providing functional expertise for change management and communications activities for workstreams supporting business transformation. Activities may include identifying individuals within functional areas that can serve as change agents throughout the project, developing and refining change and communication activities, and co-facilitating focus groups to identify key change impacts and stakeholder needs associated. This individual will lead day-to-day change initiatives in coordination with the Change Management team lead to ensure the project team and organizations is informed, engaged, and supportive. This individual is responsible for planning and maximizing employee awareness and minimize resistance to change using best practices and standard industry methodologies.

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • Strong project management skills.
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HRIS, and recruitment applications.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing with all levels within the organization demonstrating a high level of integrity, ethics and customer service.
    • Attentive listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions to aid in problem solving and issue escalation.
    • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision.
    • Strong understanding of organizational behavior.
