Job title: Space Management Specialist

The Space Management Specialist is responsible for implementing cooler sets to maximize KBC representation in accounts and increase profitability, as well as updating cooler schematics.

Compensation:

• Pay: $19.00/hr.
• Paid time off (holidays & vacation)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute annual space management goals
• Update schematics regularly at scheduled assigned accounts
• Merchandise cooler doors with price tags, cooler stickers, and other POS
• Conduct business in accordance with the guidelines and expectations established by Kramer Beverage
• Comply with all state and federal regulations
• Actively participate in weekly sales meetings

Skills:

Kramer Beverage is looking for a candidate with the ability to multi-task. Someone with great organizational skills and the ability for strong critical thinking. A candidate that can work independently as well as with a team.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree with previous work related equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communications skills (oral & written), merchandising and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
• Must qualify for NJ State Solicitors Permit
• Clean driving record
• Bi-lingual a plus
