Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Sales Team to develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales marketing. Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company objectives - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager - s - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and setting sales targets - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide strategic insights Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or assistant managerial role - Strong knowledge of WordPress, SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Highly organized with excellent time management skills We offer competitive compensation packages including salary, commission, and benefits.
