SUMMARY
The Assistant Store Manager provides leadership for the entire front end and receiving areas. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store and Sales Floor Manager with productivity on the sales floor, as well as engaging customers with concerns, needs, and assisting with sales flow. Will also assist with team building, coaching, and development of associates. Will work with the Freight Flow Manager and Merchandising Lead to ensure rapid transition of freight to the sales floor, and continuous building and upkeep of displays and features. Responsible for both opening and closing the store to company standards and guidelines. Previous retail management experience is required.
