We are seeking an Account Manager to join our inside sales team as part of our Gift Channel. We are looking for a team player with a background in the gift industry. A strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits in the gift industry is required.
This role will help with all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the sales department. This role reports to the Sales Channel Director and works closely with other Account Managers, as well as our Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fast-learning, highly organized and loves to speak to customers on the phone. This candidate would have an interest in pursuing a career in Sales and customer relationship management, with the potential to grow into a more advanced position in the company. This is an entry-level, full-time position in a dynamic, creative environment.
This is a hybrid office position, candidates for this role will need to live within commuting distance of our Indianapolis office.
