JOB SUMMARY
The Chaplain reports to the Programs Manager, and is responsible for providing basic curriculum-based teachings on Salvation to residents and staff who voluntarily express an interest in biblical teachings. The Chaplain will disciple residents, and instructs them on how to implement biblical principles into their restoration from addictions. Duties will also include facilitating support groups on a weekly or monthly basis as needed. Incumbent will also be available to any resident or staff expressing a need for prayer, or having a desire to speak with a spiritual counselor during a crisis. The Chaplain will act as the liaison between local churches and the organization, to increase awareness, participation, and program support.
